Adding foods to fit Macros

So my diet consists mainly of Egg whites, Greek Yogurt, Whole Grain Oats, Fruits, Vegetables, Grilled Chicken, Tuna and nuts...with limited grains and dairy. I eat pretty consistently throughout the day. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Post-workout snack, Dinner.
According to my macros (54g fat, 140g carbs, 137g protein, 1600 cals) my calories/protein/fat are still too low and my carbs are too high due to my love for fruits. Could anyone give me some good suggestions to add in to my diet that are still fairly clean or maybe even help me with my meal plan?
I have been eating super clean since March and been working on my health and fitness (trying to tone up and lose a few vanity pounds). I'm recovering from an eating disorder and am trying to slowly raise my calories (from about 1100 to 1600).
I've been doing a lot of research and want to start focusing on macros and getting a healthy body/mind but now that I'm trying to fit my macros, I've discovered that my clean diet that I'm so accustomed to is falling short and I need help introducing new foods into my diet (still healthy ones preferably.. no fast food or 'junk food').
23 yr old.
5' 7"
137 lbs.
Workout 4-6x a week (strength training and some cardio)
I'm new to all of this so don't be too harsh, just looking for some suggestions or advice. Also, if I up my calories too quickly, will I gain weight? Thanks!!

Hey- Im right there with you. Im also 5'7 im 135 but im 29 and its a pain getting back in shape!! Ive been researching, studying, and learning as much as I can about macros and caloric intake as I can and ive decided to make a commitment to my plan as of Monday of this week :-)
For healthy food ideas, ive been following all sorts of people on instagram that are in to body building and healthy eating. A lot of these competitors post photos and recipes for their meals and they really help. Ive gotten recipes as simple as protein shakes, to making a pizza out of cauliflower for the crust! Hope that helps and good luck!0 -
What about including the egg yolk, that would give you an excellent natural increase in all you mentioned. Is the Greek Yogurt full fat? Again that fits your criteria. Maybe you could decrease the carbs by cutting a bit on the fruit and replacing those calories with a little bit of butter on your veg and protein choices! I hope you find a WOE that works for you!0
