Weight loss stalled

I have been monitoring my eating and working out for almost 2 months now. I work out six days a week and never go over my calorie goals, but I always net at least 1200 cal a day. For the last two weeks my weight-loss has stalled and I've even gained weight. I'm not eating a bunch of bad foods even if I eat out I still pick something that is healthy from the menu. I switch up my workouts every other day. I do cardio three days a week and then weights three days a week. This is getting very depressing and it's making it hard to keep going with everything when I look at the scale and see nothing different or that I've gained weight. I don't drink sodas and I don't eat a lot of red meat since my husband has to watch his cholesterol, Any ideas on what I can do to help jumpstart my weight-loss again?? Or what I'm doing wrong??

Well, you should share your food diary so we can look at it and offer some help. The best I can tell you is to eat more. Yes! Eat more, 1400 cals at least, but watch your ratios. Keep your carbs around 100g on workout days, otherwise below 100. Up your protein and your fats. It will help you.
Also, since you are doing weights you are developing muscle which can cause a stall, but a pound of muscle takes up less room than a pound of fat, and it burns more calories and keeps your metabolism high. Weight loss should kick in in a few weeks.
Ditch the scale. Look at your body composition. Are your clothes getting loose? Are your muscles getting defined? That's the real benchmark.
Don't give up! You can do this!0 -

Happens to me every month before my period. Totally normal. You're doing everything right... it's not linear. Keep up the good job!0

Stalled is still much better than gaining.0
