Hi all, I have been doing 2 exercise video's but I dont know how many calories I am burning whilst doing them
I dont have a heart rate monitor to use to help me and dont want to put any numbers in so hoping someone can help me!
I weigh 112.5kg (248lbs)
I am 152cm tall (5ft 1" I think?)
the exercise videos are....
Denise Austin Prenatal Cardio Workout- Fit & Firm Pregnancy
and
Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds ( the 1 mile walk one)
PLEASE HELP!

The one mile walk one is probably around 150 cals at your weight.
I don't know about the other one.0 -
Are you pregnant now? if so, I really wouldn't worry about burns too much. Just maybe log using my fitness pals calculations the first dvd aerobic and the second walking. Eat right and stay healthy and talk to your doctor too.0

Yes I am pregnant, I am 17 weeks & 3 days, due 31st January.
I have actually spoken to my dr about this last week, she has advised me to try to lose around 16 kilo's whist I am pregnant as I am facing possible complications during labor and may be flown 6+ hours away to a major hospital to have the babyI had major complications with my last 2 and she is worried there is more risk this time as I have put more weight on since then due to depression etc. she said to stop soft drink eat healthy foods and limit my intake as well as do low - medium intensity exercises but nothing high intensity and to only do what I can manage, I have till the end of January to do it and I had lost weight with a previous pregnancy.
Unfortunately this seems a pretty controversial thing and many people disagree with losing weight while pregnant but my dr has ashored me its safe as long as I am doing it properly, getting enough nutrients and not going overboard0
