Sugar

All the veggies I like and fruit are loaded with sugar. Today I am over in my sugar by 50! everyone says don't worry about it... Its natural sugar. I feel I need to abide by the rules. Sugar is Sugar.

    Same here...fine on fat and calories but almost always over on sugar. I don't worry about it because the sugars I eat are natural sugars and are still a small part of my daily diet. I would say if its any processed sugar cut back but if its veggies and fruits like you say, I would worry less. I guess as long as you are not eating fruit all day every day...relax and know you are treating yourself to natures candy:)

    Never tracked a single gram of sugar through 312 lbs. of weight loss and don't plan to start... I live by a motto "Keep It Simple Stupid" I watch my caloric intake and and track my Carbs, Proteins, and Fats...... Best of Luck

    I dont get why "Sugar" has its own category. Carbs is sugar... its redundant IMO
