Found a picture of me doing my best impression of a fighter pilot from 1988 when I graduated from the Naval Academy. I was pleased to see that I have progressed to a more defined physique then I had back then. I remember being in better shape back then. Maybe I was.
Of course I got fat when I left the Navy. But now I am more built than I was then. Made me giggle.
Life is good.
