I have used MyFitnessPal in the past as a calorie counter and thought this time I would sign up and perhaps use the site to track my weight loss goals (I am hoping this will motivate me some more).

I want to lose between 15-18 kilos to get to my ideal weight.

It recommends I eat 1200 calories a day, which is going to be very difficult for me. But I am going to try my best starting tomorrow (I just signed up).
