Feeling pretty pleased with myself (with pics)

The first of these 2 photos was taken 9 years ago when I was forty. My wife and I renewed our wedding vows and at the time I weighed approximately 220 lbs. Not long after this I put on more weight and reached a high of 230.

The 2nd photo was taken yesterday at a friend's wedding. It's only when I look at these 2 next to each other it hits home just how bad i'd let things get. Over the past couple of years i' ve managed to get back on track and with the support and inspiration provided by my family and MFP friends I now weigh 184lbs.

I will not let the bad times return!
