Abs, Abs and Abs!

Hey everyone!
I was just curious about Ab work! Now I know getting lean around the core area is mainly diet but what exercise regime do you do to get the perfect abs! How many reps should I aim for in total? Overall with a mix of different exercises I aim for about 300 - 400 reps? Is this enough?
Thanks in advance!

Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 Pack video might be an idea.
Failing that Insanity get's results, but its bloody hard work.0 -
squats and deadlifts0

300-400 reps is a waste of energy. I like full sit ups while holding a weight and twisting side to side. I don't know how many I do as I mix my ab work in a bunch of sets.
I think if you're a beginner you might like Jillian's 6w 6p. I found it a little lacking TBH.0 -

300-400 reps? Just get your diet in check, direct ab work isn't even needed0 -

Its all about the diet! just keep at it... Direct ab workouts are secondary to diet, when you lift heavy i.e. squats, deads and other heavy lifts your core is engaged constantly. Just keep at your diet, if anything I like strict (no twist) movements, situps, decline situps, hanging leg raises, and cable crunches. Hope this helps!!!0
