Attempting Focus T25 and just not feeling it....

I hate him. I hate the exercises. I suck at the modifications. Did I pick the wrong thing? Everyone says "stick with it" but I don't know if I can. Anyone else feel this way with T25?

    Just do it...or choose something u like ....I personally do the older stuff Rockin Body because I like the dancing..ots on sale too 27 bucks for the set...so you wouldn't be out much to switch but u need some rhythm and like to dance.

    how are you tracking those workouts with T25, I just downloaded it but haven't tried it yet. I didn't see it in the exercise logs though. Would the best fit for it be aerobics? low or high impact depending on if I scale or not?

    Both.....

    Well it's supposed to be hard... You won't get results from any workout programme if it's not hard!

    Up to you whether you crack on or give up and find something else.

    Do you have any workouts that you DO like? I find that it is better to do things you like and look forward to, rather than things you hate and avoid.

    I LOVE Shaun t, but he isn't to everyone's taste!
