Soda Addiction

I love soda. It' like my crack. It tastes good. It feels good. When I can't have it I get irritable and will sometimes go to great lengths to have it.

Has anyone else had trouble quitting soda? What made it stick for you?

  • I am the bigggest pop drinker and alsways have been. It is super hard you arent alone. Drinking lots of water throught the day. Always have it next to you. Add crytal light packets for taste or those mio drops. Also i am doing herbalife so i always have an 8oz glass of water with a scoop of my herbalife tea. It gives you a lot of good energy as well. once u have that will power and push youself you wont have many cravings. and when u slip and have a pop it wont even be all that good anymore. almost to sugary.
    good luck!

This may be a caffeine addiction.

I got addicted to pop when I was a teenager, in my 40's now. I have quit several times but always started up again. My current attempt of being pop free is going on three months. I always joke that pop was my drug of choice. I still get excited when I hear my coworkers open their pop...sad I know. Good luck to you.

  • i'm addicted to coca cola...I was gonna write coke but I thought that would come off wrong
anywho, I stopped drinking it at home and my friends houses, I just have water or green tea; but when I go to restaurants, I allow myself to drink soda, because I know if I don't i'll just binge out on it and it'll end badly.
so really I allow myself to drink it maybe 3 or 4 times a month.
