I usually walk or run a lot faster but I wasn't feeling too good, but I did want to do something. So IO walked really slow on the treadmill. I was wondering if this counts towards my cal burn since it's so slow. BTW my heart rate was a 65% cardio.

The cardiovascular list includes lots of levels of walking. Choose the one closest to 2.6. Everything counts. Good job making yourself do it when you didn't want to.0

Of course it counts, If you're trying to log it, it might get tricky, but you did burn calories walking.0

yes it counts. Just log it as walking at 2.5 miles and hour.0

Everything counts if it's not daily/usual physical exertion (brushing teeth, taking a shower, cleaning up daily).
