    Hi. I'm from Essex back on here for a week (new username) after going off the rails weight wise over last year.........again. History of Yo Yo weight and really motivated to get it right! Reasonable start last week but trying to up my exercise and particularly increase the speed I walk at!

    This site worked for me previously and really hoping it gives me the discipline I need this time!
