And now I'm fighting the urge to bake. My mind is telling me "You're almost there! You're almost at your first goal!" and my emotions are telling me "Mmmm....homemade brownies....mmmmm". It's tough!!! I'm definately an emotional eater, and baked goods are my downfall. I'm just happy that now, not only do I have this place to come to for support, but I can recognize the signs before I go and bake anything and ruin all my progress!

How many people are in your home? Cause you know good and well who is going to eat the whole pan! BACK AWAY FROM THE STOVE AND OUT OF THE KITCHEN. If you have have have have to have a brownie then go to the bakery at the grocery store and just get one and cut it in half and throw away half of it
228 to 206? You don't need them and you know it.

Oh my goodness, brownies are my downfall. I absolutely can not make them or else I really do eat the ENTIRE pan! Resist the urge! You will regret it when your tummy is full of fatty brownies. I agree with the suggestion to go buy one if you reeeeeeeallly think you can't live without one.0

either make the lowfat brownies go to trader joes and get the no pudge brownie mix or find something else to do FAST., You will regret it later. Think of all the progress you have made and picture yourself at your goal weight in a beautiful dress or sexy jeans at an event or family get together0
