Hi, imchicbad, I've been on MFP for a little over a year and a half. I have awesome friends here that have helped me a lot. Don't get me wrong. My guy pals are awesome, but I feel the need for more active women pals who are serious about weight lifting and eating. We have different bodies and go thru different things than men, you know what I mean lol

    I think I may have to turn in my woman card, my husband is in the kitchen not me, he is making black beans stew, roast, and speghetti sauce for the coming weeks meals, while I am looking at dumbell exercises on line.
