An still don't know what "NSV" means lol.

I see it a lot under "Success Stories". So what is it lol?

    Non Scale Victory - for example, a pair of pants that haven't fit in 10 years, or someone complimenting you, that kind of thing. A result of weight loss that isn't a number.

    NSV = Non-Scale Victory - Its an accomplishment other than a weigh-in number.
