I have made a big pot of homemade soup but dont have a clue how to work out the calories. I had 1 bowl for dinner last night and estimated it as 150 kcal
Things i put in:
x4 Knorr Ham cubes = 120kcal
x4 Peeled & grated carrots = 208kcal
x1 Leek sliced = 50kcal
Split red lentil = 525kcal
And toped the pot up with boiling water.

I use the recipe builder. After I cook the soup I divide it in portions (approximately 3 ladle-fulls per serving, or about 450-500ml), then enter how many servings I got and it's all calculated.0
