Anyone have any success with these pills?

ETA: Damn! should have worded the title better


I've been taking B-12 and B complex vitamin pills for about a month now, the bottle says it helps the metabolism turn food into energy and I'm sure I've read and heard that a high metabolism helps weight loss and management. I also took some cayenne fruit vitamins, basically cayenne pepper in a pill, also states helps boost metabolism, but stopped after getting bad heart burn.

Anyone have any experience or success with them? Does vitamin B actually help your metabolism? I also take a multivitamin and some vitamin C and fish oil.

    I take it daily and I seem to be getting results. There are so many factors involved though, so it's hard to tell.

    B vitamins, like all other vitamins, will only do something for you if you are low on those vitamins. If you are consuming enough those vitamins just turn into expensive pee.
