i want every one to say what's his favorite food while dieting which of course doesn't have high calories LOL so we can inspire each other , any way mine is green apples WHAT'S YOURS ?

    No, I can't think of anything I eat while losing weight which is low cal!

    I don't follow.

    ...for 3 pieces of bacon, I'm looking at about 105 calories... some fat, some protein, and roughly 400mg of sodium. Not sure how that's disastrous.

    ETA: I still don't follow.

    I don't diet, so I don't know. Buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing are my favorite food - which I've continued to eat while losing weight, so I guess those.

  • Oatmeal juice.....1/2 cup mixed with 1/4 cup of skimmed milk and cold water with your fav sweetener; mix well and enjoy....yum, yum! It's super fast when you're on the go too! :)

    No clue. I don't diet either. I eat what I want, pay attention to my calories and get plenty of exercise. So, I have had burgers, pizza, BBQ, tacos, beer, bourbon and lots of other goodies while I've been losing weight. If you deprive yourself of everything you love, you'll never keep the weight off long term.
