    SMOOTHIES!!!! I use fresh and frozen fruits, greek yogurt, and juiced greens. i juice about an ounce to two ounces of greens like kale, spinach, beet leaves and add it into the the fruit smoothie... that way i can't taste it!!!!

    CHICK PEAS wowowowow so good on salad.
    Also, when I “diet” i tend to do more home cooking. Which always tastes so much better than store bought food. :]

    ETA: Lean deli meats, on a salad or in scrambled eggs -- mondo protein. Also, calcium-packed frozen yogurt at 25 calories an ounce. Le fricken yum.

    I eat whatever I want as long as it fits my daily's. Right now I am having fried rice with chicken, egg and bacon. Life without bacon is not worth living, IMO. :drinker:

    Homemade beef jerky, lower in sodium then store bought, no nitrates, low in fat, low almost no carb, chewy so you eat it slower, and the number 1 reason "ITS BEEF"

    My food choices were the same dieting as they are now in maintenance. Overall, I make good nutritional decisions...I get my requisite servings of fruit and veg...plenty of lean protein and healthy fats...but I also eat my fair share of "junk" as well...I just don't let that junk make up the bulk of my diet...it's maybe 10-20% or so of my overall diet.

    I just cant eat apples! yuck. but i love apricots. mmmmmmmmmmmm. cant find them in my stores the last two weeks. SUPER SUCKS. and chicken. yum.

    I actually think that thinking of foods as "diet" foods is destructive and leads to failure. I eat the exact same foods I did before, just less of them. If you categorize foods as "diet" or "good" or "bad" I think you're asking for trouble.

    Why does everything have to be low in calories? You'd be absolutely horrified if you looked at my diary then. But I've also lost 18 lbs with about 12 or so to go. I'm losing weight so I can sustain it for the rest of my life, and for ME there is no way that I can consistently eat just low cal food for the rest of my life.

    In saying that...bacon, bread, chicken wings, and breakfast burrito's.

    I'm glad that you can though!
