Is there something on here that will allow me to track my daily pedometer steps? And maybe let me get exercise calories?

My pedometer has a step counter/Miles Counter/Calorie Counter/Time Counter. Bought it for 10 bucks at walmart. This way I can log what it says instead of just doing steps0

You could add them in notes after your diary entry.
Funny you mentioned this, I decided to charge my fitbit today!0 -
So about how many miles is 10,000 steps?0

Depends on your stride width. Here is one of my logs - Walking 2.1 miles on playground (7868 steps) 448 calories in 96 minutes. (I work at a school and have recess duty and this was for 1 day of recess duty)
Today I did 5200 steps which equaled 1.395 miles and burned 296 calories in 75 minutes0 -
Do a search for Fitbit and Bodymedia Fit. Loads of into on these0
