Made it! u vu

Now maintaining for a good two weeks so far! been managing to keep at my goal!

I started my "journey" in January, after messing around with my siblings on my dad's new weight scale (( He was diagnosed with diabetes and was told HE needed to lose weight.)) I was shocked/startled to find out I was 190lbs, horrified at the possibly of being 200lbs at 17, I freaked out and started trying to eat better, which gradually turned into dieting, which then turned into a healthy respect for portions/exercise.

I've fallen in love with running/jogging and I've found I actually enjoy cooking! and we've all started eating better in general.

I'm now at my goal weight of 125lbs, A total loss of roughly 65lbs, I'm satisfied with my progress, and glad I made it.
