Hi all

So for the last couple of days I have noticed that while I am on the treadmill I get cold forearms.. the feel cold to the touch but I dont really feel cold if ya know what I mean..

I walk at a good fast pace and am on the treadmill for around 2 hours.. (am addicted to it! lol) I wear a singlet and do work up a good swear..

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or am I just a freak.. lol..

There is A/C on at the gym but I don't feel any breeze on me..

I think I might invest in some of those arm sleeve things..

My belly gets cold during exercise, which I understand is normal, but I've never heard of cold forearms.

    Two hours on the treadmill?

Treadmill, bushwalk, walk along the beach - it's all walking right? :-) What's the matter boys? Can't keep up?? *grin*

My arms get cold to the touch when I exercise as well so I'm going to say we're not freaks, it's just about the sweat cooling the body down!

That happens to my fingertips when I do the treadmill or elliptical.
Just the body moving more blood to the lower extremities is all
