Lost 8 lbs - fitting back into my clothes!!!

I have never counted calories before and was always able to lose weight by cutting out sugar and not eating late. This time, these measure did not work and I was panicking. Could not fit into my clothes and did not want to go out and buy "fat" clothes.
A friend recommended this tool and I have since lost 8 lbs (only 6 of them are tracked here)! It really helps me stay disciplined and think twice about putting something in my mouth, knowing its caloric worth.
OK, at least 4 lbs more to lose and, who knows, maybe more!
