Yes it is awesome that I have lost 13 pounds so far, but I am only suppose to lose 2 per week. I have heard that it is easier to keep the weight off once I reach my goal if I do it slowly. I am reaching my calorie goal usually within 100 calories everyday sometimes not enough. Exercising a lot. I quit junk food and soda. I want to lose weight slower but am afraid of trying it on my own in case I stop losing weight.

It is normal for many people to lose very quickly at first...mostly water. If you're concerned though...up your calories just a little and see how it goes. Good luck!0

The first couple of weeks might just be water that you are losing. It should slow down a bit after that.
If you have a lot of weight to lose (like myself) you might see a loss of closer to 3 pounds a week but the closer you get to your ideal weight the less weight you will lose. (that's why everyone struggles with those last 15 pounds).0
