Salad Topper

My grocery store has this great prepared chickpea salad with edamame, chickpeas, diced carrots and cranberries in olive oil with seasonings. I discovered that if I put 2 tablespoons of this on my green salads, it's a great alternative to commercially prepared salad dressings for the same calories and it adds some heft to the salad. It's by Cedar's and I found it in the deli area near the hummus. It has 40 cal for 2 tbls., 2 g fat, 110 mg sodium, 5 g carbs, 2 g fiber, 2 g sugar, 2 g protein.
