    "Chef salad" minus all meat and cheese, plus walden farms zero calorie dressings.....check 'em out....delicious. For me, its all about pushing the temptation (for unhealthy cravings) out a little while with something nutritious. A nap doesn't hurt either.

    I have a bit of a sweet tooth that I need to satisfy even when on a diet, so I have a bowl of berries (always keep blueberries, raspberries, etc in freezer) with a merengue nest and some low fat yoghurt. Sweet and full of vitamins, but not high in calories!

    Any and alllllllllllllllllllllllllll salads <3333333333333333333333333333333 I've always ****ing loved salads ever since I probably was in the womb haha You can be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo creative with them, but my favorite is cucumber salad :3

    Mushrooms, bell peppers (red yellow or orange) cucumber.
    Same as ever really!
    I have definitely never eaten as much bacon in my whole life as I have since being on here, it gets talked about every day! So good, and really, for the amount of taste you get in a couple of rashers, its worth the calories :)

    A hard boiled egg. High in protein, low in fat. If I need more than one egg, I take the yolk out of the second or third egg I eat that day because that part has the highest fat content.

    That's what I'm talking about! I think there's just something about craving sugar and fat while in a calorie deficit.

    The stuffed veg can be adapted depending on your diet. It can contain couscous/rice OR some finely chopped mushrooms, spring onions, and courgettes for those off carbs.

    Well, like others I still eat the good stuff in moderation. (had neon sour gummy worms last night, still under my cals) But my favorite healthy thing is -

    KABOBS on the Grill (chicken, green peppers, onions, mushrooms.......)

    You can make them however you want with whatever you want! YUMMY
