    Hi! I'm new, too. I just started about a week ago and trying to figure this out. I'm confused with the "extra earned calories" from exercise. I'm not sure if I can EAT more food because I exercised, OR stick to the "1200" calorie plan. Won't I NOT lose weight if I eat those calories (it just evens out). Suggestions?
