Calling all hula hoopers, poi spinners, flow artists~

Hi everyone, my name is Ayla and I'm 22 years old. I picked up a hoop just over a year ago and haven't put it down since! I started spinning poi this past winter and now I want to learn a bit of everything. Even though I dance through the majority of my free time, I found that it is not quite enough to keep me in top shape, so I've joined this website to help me manage and improve my body. I want to be as long and lean and graceful as possible, to make my dance exceptionally beautiful!

    I had to google 'spinning poi' that was a new one on me.

    Bump to meet more cool flow folks! I started running to increase my stamina to practice hooping, and doing strength training to help that and my body in general. Hooping is definitely my favorite/most fun workout!
