Yeah, I'm in Seattle but there's only so much salmon, Dungeness crab, Penn Cove mussels, etc. you can eat. I tend to go for ethnic food around here. Lots of good Asian and fusion. Across the border in Vancouver is also good.0 -

What do you mean by "best food". NOLA has the most obesity per capita. Does that make it the best. Or would it be the state with the leanest more healthy people that make it having the "best" food?
The food in LA is pretty damn good. But after 3 days there, I'm dying for fresh steamed veggies and a plain chicken breast. I leave there 15 lbs heavier, swollen so bad my watch doesn't fit around my wrist, and happy to be leaving. I don't define that as "good food".
Los Angeles, OTOH...
