I'm still working on yesterday's challenge
I only did 40 yesterday but I really want to finish so I did 20 more when I got up and will finish the last 40 this morning.0 -

Be sure to lunge with the back leg far back and keep your weight on your front heel, this will lessen stress on the knee.0 -

i counted during class last night and was gonna finish but life got in the way...
finishing in a 12 hour time slot should count for something right0
