35 pounds - goal date February 7th, 2014

Hey folks. I'm a 29 year old woman from Ontario, Canada, who has seriously stalled with her progress lately. The last two months haven't been great. I somehow still managed to lose a couple of pounds, but it's not the kind of progress I need. I need to be more active, and see other people being active. In order to reach my goal in time, I need to net around 1220 calories a day. I'm 5'7" and ~194 pounds. Goal is 160.

I've got a torn ACL, and I found out yesterday that they're finally going to fix it for me on February 7, 2014. I need to be both lighter and stronger. I have to make sure every single one of those 1220 calories are doing good for my body, and I need to squat my little heart out to keep my legs strong so I have a speedy recovery. I need to MOVE when I'm freed from my cubicle at 4pm each day. I plan to eat every single exercise calorie I earn.

If anyone has a similar goal, or just likes to be/have a cheerleader backing them up, please add me!

    Hey crapshack - we have a small group of similar folks - it's called Two Pound Tuesdays. We 'weigh in' on Tuesdays and post our progress. The group has been around for a couple of months, but there are fewer and fewer people posting. We'd love to have you join us!
