You can find lists of high potassium foods with a google search. http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/transplant/posttransplant/post_potass_eng.pdf is just one of them. Also keep in mind that many people do not include potassium amounts when they enter foods into MFP, so if you are relying on other people's entries your MFP potassium count will not be accurate. If you are concerned about potassium, it is probably wise to enter your own foods and make sure to include the potassium numbers. I believe that MFP sets its potassium goal at 3500mg/ day, but what I've read is that the daily recommendation for adults if actually 4700mg per day (Food and Nutrition Center of the Institute of Medicine), so you may consider customizing your daily goal to this.

low sodium V8 has a ton of potassium! Try that! Also, was your sodium high? Are you taking diuretics?

Juice, meat, and veggies! Check my diary (not today's lol) - I usually hit at least 2K-3K everyday.

Would also add that potassium levels in the body are strongly linked to your sodium and magnesium levels. It might be that you're eating enough potassium, but don't have the other two in balance to be able to hold it.
