Red means that you went over your daily allowance for that category. But remember that the calories are by far the most important category. As long as you stay under on calories, you should lose weight. That is, if you have set your calorie target so that it's not too high.
I go over on fat or sodium or protein now and then. I rarely go over on carbs. The only time that going over is an issue is if you do it frequently or go way, way over. If you're way over on fat every day but stay within your calorie target, then you'll probably be way under for carbs. And you probably don't want to do that for a prolonged period. Your body needs balanced nutrition, after all. Likewise, you don't want to be over on sodium every day. Because too much sodium is bad for your health.
