Spinach Juice nutrition

The MyFitnessPal nutrients for spinach juice shows only sodium, carbs and fiber but nothing for Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, or Calcium. My wife and searched the Internet and found spinach juice does contain these benefits.

Time for YOU to input what you know.

This is a "consumer" built database. I'd guess what you found was input by someone who was focused on sodium carbs and fiber.

Users input their own nutritional information for many of the foods in the database. Some users don't put every nutritional detail when they enter a new food. Very few users bother with inputting information about vitamins and minerals. I don't blame them. It can be tedious to enter all of that, and most people are primarily worried about monitoring calories, fat, sugar and cholesterol. If I ever drink spinach juice, slap me. That sounds disgusting.
