    Between the food counter, and all the wonderfully supportive people on here, you'll do just great!
    I might suggest that you try to put in most of what you're going to eat BEFORE, so that you'll see the numbers ahead of time. That sometimes makes you think twice, and make better choices.

    I am new here only started using myfitnesspal.com today, my mom uses it, and finds it useful and motivating, so I thought I'd use it too, and shape up a bit too.
