Fat bloke looking for 'fitness friends'

Hello chaps (and chapettes), I have just started on the 'losing weight lark' and have no illusions about how hard it is going to be for me. With this in mind I thought I would ask if there is anyone in the Plymouth UK area that would like to meet up once or twice a week to exercise and give direct encouragement etc.
I know 'going it alone' will be very difficult so thought I would try to make things a tad easier.....lol
