The Duchess's 156 Day Challenge!

I've challenged myself to 1) log in and track my food every single day and 2) exercise at least three days a week for the next 156 days. Why 156? It sounds like a random number, I know, but in 156 days is my birthday, January 30, and this will be my birthday present to myself! And you can join me! It will be your birthday present to me! :wink: Who's in? I'll start a 156 Day Challenge group if anyone is interested.
