I own a wii fit system and tried doing wii fit strength training and yoga and can't seem to get cordinated for the life of me..especially the ones where your standing on the palms of your feet and standing on one leg..is anyone else having this problem? Is there any basic ones you would suggest without the wii system?

I love the wii motion plus pack, the archery and bowling and mini games are so much fun. I know the first time i golfed and bowled in that game i was like wow this is like the real thing thats crazy. As for the trainer ones i have no experience im still to heavy for the balance board :frown:
So i play the other activities i dont add them to my weight lose usually all though i probably should0 -
Keep trying - it took me awhile too. It relly does improve your balance though! I stated with Advanced step. Then Island run. I love Rythmn Boxing, Free Step and Free Run.0
