Insanity Cardio Abs

I've made a huge mistake. I'm in week 2 of Insnaity and today on the plan is 'pure cardio & cardio abs' so here's me thinking that we only have a 20 minute ab workout to do and that i'm getting off lightly, did a bit of research online as to what cardio abs was like and i find out that you do cardio abs ON TOP of pure cardio!
Now i feel totally and utterly deflated, please someone reassure me that i'm not the only person to have made this mistake?!

This is not a huge mistake and will not make a difference. I only did the program for cardio a few times a week and never touched the cardio abs dvd - still had results. Don't be so hard on yourself.0

Nothing wrong with doing that wrong. If you're looking for visible abs, the workouts are fine, but as far as seeing them... that's done in the kitchen.0

Its not an intense workout, it's completly doable. I did mine last night. It says cardio abs, but it's not really that bad.0

Trust me. You're not the first person to skip a workout, intentional or not. Cardio Abs isn't bad at all and is doable stacking w/ Pure Cardio. Stay on track. It's NOT the individuals workout that gives you results, its consistently working out. Stay on plan.0

If you're looking for visible abs, the workouts are fine, but as far as seeing them... that's done in the kitchen.
