Curry chicken with potato & chana, any & all rotis, dosti, dhal purri, paratha etc. Just about anything cooked with ghee & coconut oil that is also high in carb...mmmmmm :blushing:

60/40 natural whole wheat/white flour bread...lots of healthy low glycemic index carbs, calories, and protein (for bread).

Fish: not many calories, but a ton of protein.

Dishes with paneer in them can be quite calorie-laden. Korma is also high-calorie because of the nuts and cream.

Lamb, mutton, naan, rice, butter . . . just eat more than you do now.

You live in the one country (okay, there are 2) in which it would be impossible for me to lose weight! :drinker:

I've found oats to be a big help. Can be blended down into a shake or eaten whole with a load of other ingredients. 100g is just under 400kcal :)
