I would like to know few delicious and tasty Foods which helps out to add on some extra calories. suggest some Arabic or Indian Foods. No BEEF :noway:

anything you would normally eat, just larger quantities of it.
add coconut oil, olive oil, butter to foods you were already eating.0 -

Curry chicken with potato & chana, any & all rotis, dosti, dhal purri, paratha etc. Just about anything cooked with ghee & coconut oil that is also high in carb...mmmmmm :blushing:

60/40 natural whole wheat/white flour bread...lots of healthy low glycemic index carbs, calories, and protein (for bread).
Fish: not many calories, but a ton of protein.0 -

bought peanut butter, had with bread I dint like the taste. Which got more calories Peanut Butter or Milk butter??0

ZING. If we're talking healthyish options I'd say hummus, babaganoush, etc...

Chana Bhatura(poori with chana masala), Biryani(veg, egg or chicken), kofta curry, Butter Nan..list is endless
Desserts: Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun, Kheer, Jalebi etc0 -
Ice Cream Super Premium. A pint a day keeps your gains A Ok!0

I am a big fan of the sunflower seed kernals you see all the time for 50 cents at the gas station. One bag has 380 calories. Easy and cheap way to get some extra calories0

Would you eat ostrich? I make a nice bolognase from ostrich, tin tomatoes and whole wheat pasta It gets about 1/3-1/4 of my total daily macros I need0

Dishes with paneer in them can be quite calorie-laden. Korma is also high-calorie because of the nuts and cream.0

I've found oats to be a big help. Can be blended down into a shake or eaten whole with a load of other ingredients. 100g is just under 400kcal0

Some how in my senior year that was a common occurrence after a few hours of football training and Inever got the diabetes. :laugh:0
