Ingredients:

1 very ripe banana (I used about a 7" one)
1 cup dry Oats
2 Tablespoons raisins
1 scoop French Vanilla Protein powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (to add some fluff)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place oats in blender or food processor and grind up. I like to make my cookies smooth, skip this step if you like chunky.

In a mixing bowl, combine the banana, oats, protein powder and baking soda and mash up well until smooth. Add raisins and stir.

Add 1 Tablespoon size scoops of batter on to your cookie sheet. (Line with parchment paper or using a silpat liner to avoid them sticking)

Cook in your preheated oven about 10-11 minutes.

They are delicious!!

If you are watching your sodium you could omit the baking soda. You will get a flatter cookie.

These sound good! I'm tempted to give them a try tomorrow! I don't like cooked raisins though, might try it with chocolate chips?

How many cookies do you get in total?

I made 12 cookies with this recipe, I forgot to put that in the original post!! . I would love to try it with Chocolate chips! I LOVE Chocolate chip cookies.

I've made similar cookies before with just banana and oats, these are better. Not sure if the addition of the raisins of the vanilla powder. I'm just happy I can get rid of this vanilla stuff, lol
