I have been struggling a bit lately, but decided yesterday that it wasn't going to get the best of me. The easy thing would be to say the heck with it and just quit or take an extended break. So after getting on the scale yesterday and finding that I was officially out of the 160 club I decided to pick myself up and put on my big girl panties! I hit play and Wow I felt amazing. Why do we allow ourselves to get in a funk? What do you do to help get yourself out of one?

Loving the program currently myself but dang if it doesnt have me dripping after 5 minutes. I have a group started for that program on the beachbody website.
Really hard to find excuses for 25 minutes... Friday tho - 2 workouts so...0
