Not sure what you want monitored, your diary isn't open.

You can't lose weight eating at a deficit and grow muscle at the same time. You either eat to build muscle or you eat to lose weight, not both at the same time.

What I meant is I do not want to gain fat, I want to gain muscle, and after around a month I want to lose some fat.

    You have to pick one.

Are you picking gaining muscle then? You need to eat at a caloric surplus for that. If you want to lose fat, you need to eat at a caloric deficit. So it makes a difference what your goal is.

Edit: I looked at your diary. You're an 18 year old male, you need to be eating a lot more than 1200 calories for sure.

The problem is, I'm not use to, I'm used to eating around 200 calories a day.. Do you see the difference? Now people say that it's not enough to "eat" while my brain thinks that " you eat, you gain fat "..

Are you seeing a medical professional to help you ?

200 calories a day is eating disorder territory. Please seek professional help. That is not healthy thinking.

I've been in the same boat. I ate about 200 calories a day for about six months. I ended up feeling tired and depressed all the time, getting dizzy spells, feeling nauseous, etc. I did a lot of metabolic damage to myself that took years to repair (and I ended up gaining all of the weight I had lost, plus a lot more). This is dangerous thinking and will cause you serious problems in the not too distant future. Please seek professional help.
