Injury? What should I do?

I'm not sure what's wrong with my left arm but today 3 days after working out my arms I can straighten my left arm entirely and when I try to I feel pain from my biceps to my wrist. Should I be concerned?

There is a difference between being sore, stiff, and injured. If you just couldn't extend your arm all the way I would say sore or stiff. However, if the pain is acute then I would lean more towards injury. Its hard to say because A) we are on the internet and likely thousands of miles apart and B) I am not a doctor. If you do decide to go to the gym start off light. If the pain persists, gets worse, or changes in any way other than going away, stop and go to see a doctor.

I completely agree with this ^^^^^^^^ As a guy who just had major tricep surgery I say do not lift until you get it figured out. TRUST me, not worth it..... Just go get checked out.....

Yep. You should be concerned. Be smart and safe and go get it checked out.

Also, I'm supposed to do my chest tonight, should I work through the pain?or at least try to? Or maybe lighten the load and just do less weights?

How do you plan to work out if you can't straighten your arm? Yes, be concerned. Act appropriately
