Woot woot! Today I got a compliment at school from someone I haven't seen for 3 months while I was on my leave of absence. "You look like you've lost weight...and you're glowing!"
They have no idea about my diet and exercise effort!
On top of that, a pleasant little visual surprise about 30 minutes ago - I was doing the 30 day shred (AND MY MOM JOINED ME WHICH WAS AWESOME!!!)
Don't laugh, I have to explain what inspired the pictures that are posted below. My boyfriend sent me a text saying, "Yay, it's hump day! Half way to the weekend - you must be shredding right now with Jillian Michaels! Send me a pic of your booty!"
So my mom laughed and said let me take your picture to send to him! These would be the pictures from today posted below where I'm standing in front of the TV!!
The previous pictures, where I'm on the trails - were taken by my boyfriend on July 31st - 29 days ago and the first day that I started counting my calories, exercising, and without skipping a day!
For those of you who don't know my stats/progress- on July 19th (last month - I was 197.6 and as of today I am down to 180.0:)))
These pictures so subtle changes but I can see them and I definitely feel them!!! ANYWAY - To the pictures!!!!
July 31st (not flattering at all but take note of my back where my shirt cuts in to my armpit area... and also what you can see of my profile/face)
TODAY!!
I'm so excited to share these pictures and take more at the end of September for another progress comparison!!
I could feel the changes physically - they've been subtle. My clothing has been fitting a little more comfortably... but having pictures taken and not even with the initial intention of looking at them side by side and comparing them... and then getting the random thought.. " oh yeah, I have pictures from day 1 of logging and walk/jogging - let's take a peek..."
That's a rewarding feeling. They're small changes but they're a start Keep up all of the hard work everybody! The rewards are just over the hill! We just have to keep climbing and we'll get there

You look bangin'! I've been losing to the point where I'm almost done, but I really want to figure out some strength training. I hear 30 Day Shred talked about a lot. Do you like it?
Congratulations, too!0 -

Super fast progress! Thanks for posting your pictures. I just started level 2 of 30DS this morning and was all for throwing my laptop through the window I found it so tough. These results have spurred me on. Love it that your Mum joined in!0

I'm 5'9" and I''ve been consuming 1200-1400 and burning back calories I eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies! A friend of mine who does weight watchers told me that they don't count those against their diet so I don't count those against my calorie intake unless they're being added to a mean/cooked down etc. My diary is public if you care to take a look0
