Erratic sleep pattern

I don't start my new job until Tuesday. After years of working crazy 12 hour days, I loved having the rest. However, in the last couple of weeks, my sleep schedule has gotten later and later. I slept until 2:00 p.m. yesterday and I am just now getting tired. It's 5:30 a.m. I realize most people are getting up at this time. I blame an energy drink at 7:00 p.m. and Netflix.
Should I stay up and go for a run/ do productive things around the house until after my Barre3 class tonight or go to bed and wake up late again? This is ridiculous. So ready to be on a schedule again! I'll leave the crazy sleep schedules to the college kids. Anyone have experience in this area?

I think I may be having anxiety issues. I'm going to unload and load the dishwasher, reboot laundry and do my 5k training this morning. I figure I'll eat an early lunch at 11:00 a.m. and take a nap for a couple of hours. If I can make it until 11:00 a.m., I should be able to go to sleep really early tonight after my Barre class. I figure the run will help balance me out a bit.0

If you are having troubles trying to sleep a few options are as follows. Get back up and do something for 20-30 minutes. Then try to go back to sleep. For me when I do this I usually get up and have a toasted bagel and some milk. TV, Phone, or any other electronics shut down at least 1 hour prior to sleep. Try doing some meditation prior to bed or read a book. Lastly, if none of these works, stay up a full 24 hours and then go to bed the exact time from that point on that would allow you 8 hours of rest. Good luck on sleep and job opportunity.0

I have an erotic sleep pattern, somehow I think it is not the same. Although it can cause (and often does) an erratic sleep pattern.
Your welcome :-)0
