Technically, you are still baking them. I feel disappointed that this is not a no-bake cookie recipe. No bakes are actually a thing, not just using the microwave. I would rather put them in the oven so the texture is correct.0

1 1/2 cups powdered nonfat milk
1 cup honey
1 cup natural peanut butter
We love crunchy peanut butter. I also usually add mini chocolate chips.
Put your dough in the fridge for an hour. Roll them into balls. Keep them in the fridge until they are gone (never long at my house).0 -
