I RESISTED a Nestle Drumstick (chocolate, mind you) covered in nuts!!!! At first I thought, ok..I'll have it....I can cheat a little...then remembered I've fought hard to get where I am and there's NO ice cream worth seeing the scale move in the wrong direction.

Nothing major....I was just proud of myself. I exercised while everyone else enjoyed their dessert.:drinker:

    That is fantastic. Good job that is a hard one to resist. If you have frozen fruit in you can blend them into a great smoothie and have your very own treat too.

    Good for you! I know how hard it is to talk your self out of it. I wanted a cheeseburger so bad tonight for dinner. So instead of going to a ff restaurant I made myself a turkey burger with fatfree cheese and baked fries. Hey it filled me up and killed the craving and I cant imagine how many calories I saved. It is great to feel good about yourself!

    I can resist ice cream anything. My weakness is muffins/bread. My poor kids aren't getting home baked anything right now..

    mmmmmmmm those are my favorite, but i reaaaally love the ones that have a caramel core mmmmm

    i tend to make an allotment calories for sweets, because i cant live without them!
