Hello, I'm new to myfitnesspal. I saw it on a few friends page on Facebook and thought I would give it a try. So today is day one, and I'm striving for a fit new life with many physical and personal changes in my life.

    Good Luck. I'm finding that just keeping track is helping me a lot! I didn't realize how many empty calories I consumed until I started tracking them! Now my husband and I are tracking everything, looking at ways to make recipes more interesting, walking together...We haven't been at it long, but both of us have dropped a little weight and are feeling better.
