I've been doing the calorie counting, weight loss, and fitness thing for 18 months now. My diet has improved greatly, and i'm eating a lot of fruit and veggies. I don't get the massive constipation or runs anymore, but damn, the farts could kill a skunk.

Do they ever go away? Does your body get used to the fiber / fruits and veggies?

I have to ask, I'm sick of being made to sleep on the couch.

( Although, i enjoy crop dusting the cardio bunnies in the gym. )
